- Howard Hughes Holdings (NYSE:HHH) announced on Wednesday the first four homebuilders for the launch of its Teravalis 37,000-home community in Phoenix West Valley, Arizona.
- Lennar (NYSE:LEN), KB Home (NYSE:KBH), Brightland Homes, and Courtland Communities will build the initial homes in Floreo village, the first section to be developed in Teravalis that’s expected to deliver 5,000 homes.
- The grand opening of Floreo is scheduled for 2025, with additional homebuilders to be announced in the coming months, Howard Hughes Holdings (HHH) said.
- HHH shares rose 0.9%, Lennar (LEN) gained 0.7%, and KB Home (KBH) increased 0.3% in Wednesday late morning trading.
