Madhuri Dixit Nene recently remembered her mother, Snehlata Dixit, on her second death anniversary with a heartfelt tribute. On March 12, 2025, she shared an emotional post on social media, expressing how much she misses her every day. She wrote, “Two years without you, and not a day goes by that I don’t miss you. Your love, your wisdom, and your presence are felt in every moment. Forever in my heart, Mom.” Along with her message, she posted a black-and-white photo of her mother with a garland around it, as well as some cherished moments they had together. Her words struck a chord with many, reflecting the deep bond she shared with her mother.  

Snehlata Dixit passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 90. Madhuri has always spoken about how much her mother influenced her life and career. After her passing, she shared how waking up to an empty room felt surreal and painful. She recalled how her mother always encouraged her to embrace life with positivity and kindness. Though she is no longer physically present, Madhuri holds on to her mother’s values and continues to find strength in her memories.

Her husband, Dr. Shriram Nene, also shared a heartfelt tribute. He said Snehlata passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones. He described her as a wise, patient, and loving woman with a great sense of humour that could light up any room. He expressed that although she is gone, her presence will always be felt through the love and wisdom she left behind.

On the work front, Madhuri was last seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, directed by Anees Bazmee. The film, which also starred Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, and Triptii Dimri, was highly anticipated and well-received by fans. Apart from films, Madhuri has also been actively engaging with fans through social media and various projects. Whether it’s sharing glimpses of her personal life, dance videos, or promoting meaningful causes, she continues to stay connected with her audience in different ways.
