This time, the festival isn’t just about movies. Be a Lil’ Extra, an initiative by BookAChange, has been introduced to provide health insurance for over 500 junior artistes in the film industry. Each artiste will receive ₹1,00,000 in coverage through a leading digital-first insurance provider. It’s a meaningful step towards supporting those who contribute so much to cinema but often remain behind the scenes.

A special screening of Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak is set to take place to mark 36 years of the cult classic that launched Aamir Khan’s career. Fans will have the opportunity to relive the magic of the film, followed by an exclusive Q&A session with the actor, where he is expected to share memories from the set and reflect on its lasting impact.
